Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. As a small, boutique property, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes - given our small size, we require a minimum stay of two (2) nights.

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests are still welcome to arrive after 7:00 PM; however, only self check-in is available at that time.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Do you have set quiet hours?

Common areas are available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly during early morning and evening hours, given the intimate nature of the property.

We do not offer on-site parking.

Limited street parking is available on Hazelton Avenue and surrounding streets. You can also apply for a temporary permit to park on Hazelton Avenue.

There are several parking garages within close walking distance to the property. These lots offer daily and overnight parking options:

Our staff is on-site during the check-in window from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Self check-in is always available for your convenience, and detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth experience.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Hazelton Heritage property, including guest rooms, common areas or on the terrace.
