What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

What time is check in and check out?Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need extra time, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Are the suites soundproof?No, as a heritage building, the suites are not fully soundproof. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of noise levels to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Are the suites air-conditioned?Yes, all suites are equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning and heating for your comfort. Additionally, each room includes a fan for extra cooling if needed.

Do the suites have a balcony or outdoor space?No, the suites do not have private outdoor spaces, but guests have access to a shared skydeck on the third floor of the property.

Can I adjust the room temperature?No, the temperature is centrally controlled, but each suite is equipped with a fan for additional cooling if needed.

How do guests access the suites?Our suites are located on the second and third floors of the home, and are accessible by both stairs and an elevator.

Do the suites have a kitchen or kitchenette?Our suites do not have kitchen facilities, but each suite includes a mini-fridge and complimentary coffee and tea for your convenience.

Are toiletries and linens provided?Yes, we provide fresh linens, towels, robes and premium toiletries for your stay.

How often is housekeeping provided?Housekeeping is provided every other day to keep your suite fresh and comfortable. If at any other time you need towels or other essentials replenished, please let us know.

Is there a coffee maker or kettle in the room?Yes, each suite includes both a coffee maker and a kettle, along with complimentary coffee and tea for your convenience.

Is parking available?We do not offer on-site parking. Limited street parking is available on Hazelton Avenue and surrounding streets. You can also apply for a temporary permit to park on Hazelton Avenue. There are several parking garages within close walking distance to the property. These lots offer daily and overnight parking options: Green P - Carpark 215 (74 Yorkville Ave.): 3-min walk, Cumberland Parkade (148 Cumberland St.): 3-min walk Yorkville Village Parking (55 Avenue Rd.): 5-min walk *Please note: parking guidance is provided for convenience, but we encourage guests to verify details directly with the parking provider for the most up-to-date information.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
